Professional Summary

I am Namita and I am a happiness coach who has been coaching people for many years. I have primarily worked in the corporate sector helping individuals find their purpose or their truth, so that they can stop conforming and start being more honest to themselves and liberate. This leads them to find more meaning and enrich their career, relationships with self and others. I have worked extensively in the field of organisational interventions, change management, leadership training, competency mapping and  behavioural skill training programs. Over these 5 years, I have worked with varied age groups and sectors; and this has helped me make the coaching conversation more worthwhile. Through all these ventures, I have excelled at designing and implementing competency models that benefit the individual + the business, so they can work in sync to create mutually productive organisations.

I have always been intrigued by people - their stories, their journeys and how their lives map out. Learning from other people is what I truly enjoy. Coaching and being coached has transformed my life. It’s through coaching, I discovered my true worth and talent that was shrouded under self - doubt and anxiety. 

Experiences in my life have moulded me to be both fun loving but responsible and witty. Wit and humour are tools in my arsenal that help me appreciate life in all its nuances and glory.  I find solace in books and I am a budding painter. Creativity is what I try and infuse in all aspects of my life. This creativity has helped me design 100+ interventions and training programs. My expertise lie in delivering behavioural trainings, conducting tailor made assessment centres and helping leaders see new perspectives in their challenges. Nevertheless, it’s been through coaching, meditation, mindfulness and other therapies, I recognise the thrill in meeting oneself again.

In my years of coaching, I have seen there is no greater thrill than meeting oneself and finding out what you truly want to do in your life. I have had the privilege of partnering with people in journeys to take the road less travelled to overcoming years of negative trauma to come into their own powerful selves.  Coaching to me is about a conversation and change. As, coaches, we thrive in change. I see that when coaching is honest, open, real and without any judgements not just the client but also the coach learns and is empowered.
